If you wish to close your account and delete your data with Nest, you can do so via the app or through our web portal.

  • Account closure is a permanent action.
  • Once closed, you cannot reapply or recover your account.
1️⃣ Close Your Account Through the App
  1. Open the Nest App.
  2. Tap the Chat icon located at the top right of the app’s home screen.
  3. Go to App Settings within the Chat screen.
  4. Select Others and tap on the Account Closure option.
  5. Confirm your request.

Your account will be permanently deleted within 24 hours after necessary verification.

2️⃣ Close Your Account Through the Web Portal
  1. Log in to the portal using your registered email address: https://nestgens.com/support/login
    (You can reset your password if needed.)
  2. Fill out the form and select Account Closure from the dropdown menu.
  3. Submit your request.

Your account will be permanently deleted within 24 hours after necessary verification.

Our team will verify your request and close your account within 24 hours.
