If you wish to close your account and delete your data with Nest, you can do so via the app or through our web portal.
⚠ Please Note:
- Account closure is a permanent action.
- Once closed, you cannot reapply or recover your account.
1️⃣ Close Your Account Through the App
- Open the Nest App.
- Tap the Chat icon located at the top right of the app’s home screen.
- Go to App Settings within the Chat screen.
- Select Others and tap on the Account Closure option.
- Confirm your request.
Your account will be permanently deleted within 24 hours after necessary verification.
2️⃣ Close Your Account Through the Web Portal
- Log in to the portal using your registered email address:
https://nestgens.com/support/login
(You can reset your password if needed.)
- Fill out the form and select Account Closure from the dropdown menu.
- Submit your request.
Your account will be permanently deleted within 24 hours after necessary verification.
3️⃣ Request Account Closure via Email
Alternatively, you can send an email to help@nestgens.com from your registered email address.
Our team will verify your request and close your account within 24 hours.
